I got interested in computers because of video games. I wrote my first "real" program in the 8th grade. I have an associates degree in micro-computer electronics and a bachelors degree in computer science. I've written desktop and web applications professionally on both Windows and Linux platforms, using multiple languages including C, C++, C#, Java, Javascript, Pascal, Python, VB, and VB.Net. My favorite development environment is C# and the .NET framework.I decided to take a Coursera class on machine learning and that prompted me to dig into machine learning even more. I've been reading books on AI and neural networks and recently completed the self-driving car nanodegree course from Udacity . I'm practicing by implementing ML concepts in both Python and F#.
