Autonomous cars are all over the news and the buzz is all over Pillar. How does an autonomous car see? How does it recognize another car, a person, a stop-light, a stop sign, a road sign, an animal, etc. and not just one, but multiple objects at the same time. We are going to take a deep dive into one way of accomplishing this: Convolutional Neural Networks. By the end of this session you will understand CNNs, have the tools, and the knowledge to use them to start implementing your own object detection algorithms.
