In this speedy intro, I use the example of two cognitive conditions -- synesthesia and prosopagnosia -- that both bolster and limit me. DevOps is all the rage right now, but most of the situations we walk into for "DevOps projects" could be more accurately called DevOops. This introduction to DevOops will walk you through some of the funny, some of the sad, and some of the baffling operations decisions I've seen on client projects.
Then, I'll propose ways to make them worse, because that's what DevOops is.
And, oh yeah, maybe ways to make them better too, if there's time.
